We are featuring: the Tree Kings of Italian Wines:

      Amarone della Valpolicella, Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino 

                         And Pairing them with a Game Menu

These stellar Italian wines carry a weight and richness that mirror the game dishes with which they will be served. We therefore have decided that after we have tantalized your taste buds with some Prosecco and greens, you will be treated to three main dishes that will stand up to their bold flavours.
